    DIGITAL ADMINISTRATOR

    PURPOSE SUMMARY
    The Digital Administrator handles key administrative functions, generally digital and electronic in nature, to enhance organizational efficiency. By managing administrative tasks, the Digital Administrator ensures that resources and information are accurate, up to date, and effectively utilized. This role also helps the Christ Family Church staff stay organized, informed, and equipped to lead effectively. Together, these efforts support opportunities for people to Follow God, Grow Together, and Serve Others.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    On-Campus Presence
    •    Maintain regular office hours (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
    •    Attend weekly staff meetings (Tuesdays at 9:00 AM) and provide admin updates
    •    Collaborate with staff on weekly planning and ministry needs
    •    Participate in cross-ministry planning for upcoming events and service needs
    •    Contribute to a collaborative staff environment through flexibility and shared responsibilities
    •    Edit and print church documents as needed


    Planning Center & Church Center
    •    Manage all PCO apps: Services, Headcounts, Check-In, Events, People, Church Center, etc.
    •    Maintain accuracy of PCO schedules, service teams, and events


    Office Technology & Software
    •    Create and manage staff Microsoft 365 accounts
    •    Maintain systems including Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
    •    Manage online account credentials and digital access


    Check-In & Office Hardware
    •    Manage Connect Center check-in iPads, computers, and label printers
    •    Oversee office computers and printers for staff use
    •    Support general office printing needs and troubleshoot hardware as needed


    Website Management
    •    Update website content, including pages, text, and graphics
    •    Embed and maintain event links from Planning Center


    Event Coordination Support
    •    Create event-specific materials such as slideshows, maps, and printed resources
    •    Assist with planning, promotion, and logistical communication for events
    •    Collaborate with staff to ensure production-related needs for events are prepared and communicated


    Calendar & Service Flow
    •    Prepare and print the weekly staff agenda and calendar
    •    Maintain the quarterly ministry calendar
    •    Manage the Sunday service flow schedule and input live announcements
    •    Create and upload weekly graphics as needed


    Connect Group Coordination
    •    Communicate with Connect Group leaders and gather group information
    •    Create group signups in Church Center and Planning Center
    •    Design and print Connect Group profiles for the Connect Group Fair
    •    Maintain up-to-date listings of groups and availability in Church Center


    Communication & Administration
    •    Monitor general church email inbox
    •    Prepare and send first-time visitor letters
    •    Send weekly Prayer & Praise emails
    •    Record Connect Card notes
    •    Order and track background checks
    •    Coordinate with media team for graphics and communication
    •    Assist with special event communication


    PAY & HOURS
    •    Part-time position
    •    10 hours per week
    •    $200 per week
    •    Hours may vary slightly based on church events or seasonal needs

    KIDS DIRECTOR

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The CFC Kids Director leads and supports all ministry efforts for children from six weeks through fifth grade at Christ Family Church. By creating a safe, welcoming, and spiritually vibrant environment, the Director equips children, families, and Serve Team members to Follow God, Grow Together, and Serve Others. Through intentional leadership, thoughtful preparation, and partnership with families, this role helps the next generation encounter the life-changing love of Jesus in age-appropriate and engaging ways.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    On-Campus Presence
    •    Maintain regular office hours (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
    •    Attend weekly staff meetings (Tuesdays at 9:00 AM)
    •    Deliver weekly updates on CFC Kids ministry to staff
    •    Participate in cross-ministry planning and communication
    •    Collaborate closely with the CFC Kids Coordinator on weekly prep, communication, and overall ministry alignment
    •    Contribute to a collaborative staff environment through flexibility and shared responsibilities
    •    Work alongside other staff to support a cohesive and effective church environment

    Sunday Service Oversight
    •    Oversee all CFC Kids classes and support classroom leaders with guidance and help as needed
    •    Make sure classrooms and leaders are fully equipped for a successful class
    •    Set the table for kids to encounter Jesus through worship, Bible teaching, activities, and small groups
    •    Lead Pre-Service CFC Kids Huddle
    •    Greet new families and introduce them to our kids’ classrooms and check-in process
    •    Confirm secure check-in and check-out processes are in place
    •    Ensure all rooms are clean, safe, and ready for use
    •    Provide direction during unexpected or urgent situations

    Training & Development
    •    Cultivate an encouraging, servant-hearted culture within the CFC Kids team
    •    Recruit new CFC Kids team members
    •    Train new leaders on the CFC Kids manual: policies, procedures, safety protocols, and expectations
    •    Provide ongoing training and regular updates on CFC Kids policies, procedures, safety protocols, and expectations
    •    Regularly review and update the CFC Kids manual as needed

    Lesson Planning & Environments
    •    Brainstorm creative ways to meaningfully engage with kids and families
    •    Collaborate with the Kids Coordinator to prepare and distribute lesson plans, classroom schedules, and activity materials each week
    •    Design age-appropriate Bible teaching that helps kids understand and apply God’s Word in real life
    •    Incorporate fun, purposeful elements such as games, stories, videos, crafts, and worship to reinforce each week’s theme
    •    Use decorations, visuals, and themed environments to create engaging and immersive classroom experiences
    •    Manage classroom supply inventory, equipment, and storage
    •    Print documents such as training manuals, curriculum materials, and other ministry resources as needed

    Special Events & Services
    •    Coordinate with staff on in-service moments such as Child Dedication, Baptism, and Promotion Sunday
    •    Collaborate with staff to plan annual church-wide events like Easter, Back to School Sunday, Fall Fire Fest, and Christmas Eve
    •    Plan and lead special CFC Kids events such as movie nights, day camps, and more

    Communication & Care
    •    Oversee classroom scheduling and foster clear communication with the CFC Kids team
    •    Maintain regular communication with the CFC Kids team for support, encouragement, and coordination
    •    Support families with spiritual care and open communication
    •    Provide spiritual care and encouragement to CFC kids team leaders
    •    Share important updates with parents regarding classroom changes, special events, etc

    PAY & HOURS
    •    Part-time position
    •    10 hours per week
    •    $200 weekly compensation

    Production Coordinator

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Production Coordinator supports the ministry of Christ Family Church by creating excellent, distraction-free environments that help people Follow God, Grow Together, and Serve Others. This role oversees all production elements of Sunday services and special events, including sound, video, lighting, and stage prep. The Coordinator equips Serve Team members, maintains production systems, and leads projects related to technology, media, and light construction. Responsibilities may shift over time to reflect team needs and the unique strengths of the person in this role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    On-Campus Presence
    •    Maintain regular office hours (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
    •    Attend weekly staff meetings (Tuesdays at 9:00 AM) and provide production updates

    Sunday Service & Event Production
    •    Oversee all production aspects of Sunday services including sound, video, lighting, and slides
    •    Prepare and test all production systems prior to service (sound check, slides, lighting scenes, livestream setup)
    •    Create and organize Sunday slides in ProPresenter, including songs, announcements, and message graphics
    •    Coordinate and support Serve Team members who operate production equipment
    •    Troubleshoot production issues during rehearsals and services as needed
    •    Set up and operate production for special events such as Fire Fest, outdoor gatherings, or churchwide celebrations

    Sound, Video, & Lighting Systems
    •    Maintain and troubleshoot sound systems, stage boxes, instruments, in-ear monitors, and microphones
    •    Stay up to date and self-train on production systems, particularly within the Behringer ecosystem
    •    Oversee and adjust stage lighting hardware and MyDMX software
    •    Maintain live video production hardware and software, including cameras and Blackmagic Design switching equipment
    •    Coordinate installation and setup of all sound, video, and lighting systems

    Music & Multitrack Management
    •    Download and organize multitrack audio files; create practice tracks using Ableton Live
    •    Build and maintain multitrack setlists for Sunday services and special events
    •    Upload and manage chord charts and other worship team resources
    •    Support the Worship Director with track preparation and audio assistance during rehearsals

    Technology & Infrastructure
    •    Install and maintain computers, routers, modems, Wi-Fi hotspots, and other tech-related hardware
    •    Manage software updates and troubleshoot technical issues on production-related systems
    •    Design and implement systems such as outdoor speakers, video distribution, and production-related power installations

    Project Management & Hands-On Support
    •    Oversee implementation of tech-related building projects (e.g., youth stage wiring, outdoor sound systems)
    •    Lead installation of video security systems, including camera setup, DVR configuration, and network integration
    •    Organize volunteer workdays to complete facility upgrades and production-related installations
    •    Assist with general handyman-style projects such as wall construction, basic framing, and equipment mounting

    Flexibility & Team Collaboration
    •    Embrace a team-oriented culture where responsibilities may shift to match individual strengths
    •    Take on new challenges or release existing duties as needed to support the health of the staff team
    •    Collaborate across departments and assist other ministry areas when production support is needed
